Christmas Lush haul 2016.

One thing i look forward to at christmas is buying from the lush christmas range,i love the new bath bombs and bubble bars they release.I know these have been out for a while but i’ve finally been and bought myself a few things from this years launch.

I literally had to restrain myself from buying every new bath bomb i saw and i didn’t buy any bath oils this time.I was sad that they didn’t have the boo bath melt available to buy separately,i loved that one from the pumpkin gift set.

I always buy snow fairy,it’s a tradition to smell like sweets throughout December, isn’t it?This year they’ve brought out a snow fairy body conditioner which smells just like the shower gel – amazing.I’ve read mixed reviews about it leaving a film on your skin but if you look at the ingredients included and how they work together,it tells you how it’s much more than a body butter that’s been labelled incorrectly. Triethanolamine is an emulsifier that works to keep water and oils naturally produced within the product together. The difference is lush have also added in just the right amount of the emulsifier cetearyl alcohol, which breaks down the triethanolamine emulsifier once it comes into contact with the skin.Allowing the good stuff to work its magic,it’s like a hydrating mask for your whole body!

I love how many uses you can get out of their bubble bars,i’ve managed to get 4 out of a pop in the bath before! These are 3 out of the christmas range,i know they also have the gold glitter star wand and the dinosaur in the santa hat wand.I didn’t buy those just because i wanted these more. They’re great fun to use with the kids too, they love breaking them up and making lots of bubbles out of them.Snowie the bunny smells slightly of grapefruit but i could mainly smell roses, this is another new addition this year – i can’t wait to use it.I’ve brought candy mountain and peeping santa before,so i already know i’ll like them.Candy mountain being my favourite,it screams snow fairy,it’s a christmas staple in lush, isn’t it.

I brought far too many bath bombs on my trip to lush,i just couldn’t help myself. There’s nothing nicer than coming home, running a hot bath and dropping a bath bomb in to relax. The star dust bath bomb fizzes away to reveal blue waters, really relaxing after a long day!It smells of vanilla and bergamot oil,two of my favourite scents, some people might not find them that exciting but honestly they are exactly what i love.I’ve had father christmas before,i try to save him till christmas eve!Again he smells very much like snow fairy but he isn’t pink,he is green inside and even though the smell is sweet-he reminds me of christmas trees.

sugar plum lipscrub

I picked up another one of their lip scrubs, this time i went for sugar plum fairy. It smells gorgeous and the jojoba oil in their scrubs make them the best hydrating lip scrubs i’ve used so far and they last forever.

I couldn’t resist picking up some classic favourites whilst there,i also brought a shakura bath bomb, dragons egg bath bomb and a pop in the bath.Much to the kids delight,no doubt i wont get to use one of the bubble bars before it’s accidentally dropped into the bath.

Hope you enjoyed reading, let me know what lush goodies you are you enjoying this Christmas?
